A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 48-8-3 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to exemptions from sales and use tax, so as to provide an exemption with respect to the sale of certain machinery or equipment used directly in the production, tilling, planting, cultivation, and harvesting of peaches or blueberries; to provide for procedures, conditions, and limitations; to provide for powers, duties, and authority of the state revenue commissioner; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
