Traffic Offenses; persons convicted of driving under the influence; display a bumper sticker as condition of probation

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 15 of Chapter 6 of Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to serious traffic offenses, so as to provide that a person convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances shall display a bumper sticker on his or her motor vehicle as a condition of his or her probation on a second or subsequent offense within five years; to provide that a judge may suspend a driver´s license of a person who violates the condition of probation; to provide for related matters; to provide for applicability and an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
