A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 1 of Title 51 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions for torts, so as to provide for limited liability for physicians and pharmaceutical companies from claims for damages incurred pursuant to prescriptions filled outside of the United States; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
