A BILL to amend Code Section 16-13-33 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to attempt or conspiracy to commit offense under article relating to regulation of controlled substances, so as to provide that any person who attempts or conspires to commit an offense under this article shall be punished by a sentence not exceeding the maximum punishment for the offense, the commission of which was the object of the attempt or conspiracy; and for other purposes.
