A BILL to amend Article 2 of Chapter 13 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to regulation of controlled substances, so as to create a new offense relative to trafficking in 3, 4-methylenedioxyamphetamine or 3, 4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine, commonly known as ecstacy; and for other purposes.
