A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 1 of Title 30 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions relative to handicapped persons, so as to define a certain term; to provide that it shall be unlawful for any person willfully to allow his or her dog to attack or otherwise interfere with an assistance dog; to provide that it shall be unlawful for any person to exercise control over an assistance dog with the intent to deprive the user of the dog´s services; to provide for penalties and restitution; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
