A bill to be entitled an Act to amend Article 11 of Chapter 9 of Title 34 of the O.C.G.A., relating to drug-free workplace programs, so as to recognize on-site testing at the employer´s worksite as qualified testing; to reduce the number of hours of employee and supervisor training required after the first year of certification; to change the definition of a certain term; to change the provisions relating to the insurance premium discount; to change the provisions relating to the elements of a drug-free workplace program; to change the provisions relating to conduct of testing, types of tests, and procedures; to change the provisions relating to Employee Assistance Programs; to change the provisions relating to an employer´s program on substance abuse; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
