Amend
the Senate Transportation Committee substitute to SR 845 (LC 18 7125S) by
striking lines 7 and 8 of page 3 and inserting in their place the
following:
law
for the method of distribution of the proceeds, for the expenditure of the
proceeds raised through the provisions of this Paragraph, and except as
otherwise provided in subparagraphs (g) and (h) of this Paragraph, for any other
sales or uses to which the tax imposed under this Paragraph shall not apply. An
amount equal to not less than 80
