The
Senate Transportation Committee offered the following amendment:
Amend
SR 365 (LC 28 3554) by striking "six"
on line 16 on page 1
and inserting in lieu thereof
"eight", by
striking "two"
both times it appears
on line 18 on page 1 and inserting in lieu of
each
"three", by
striking "carry out the provisions of this
resolution" on line 9
on page 2 and inserting in lieu thereof
"pay the allowances for the members of the
committee", and by
inserting after "and the Senate."
on line 10 on page 2
the following:
The
funds necessary to pay all other expenses incurred by the committee shall come
from the funds appropriated to the Department of Transportation. The Department
of Transportation is authorized and directed to provide the committee with such
logistical, professional, and other support as the committee deems appropriate
to carry out the committee´s duties under this resolution.
