Golden of the 8th and Stoner of the 6th offered the following
amendment:
Amend
SB 96 by striking lines 11 through 12 on page 3 and inserting in lieu thereof
the following:
(D)
For the purpose of a pre-job offer screening only, a person trained and
qualified to conduct on-site testing; or
(E)
For the purpose of a pre-job offer screening only, a person trained and
qualified to conduct oral testing, if an oral test is
used;
