BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To
repeal an Act creating the City of Hampton Public Facilities Authority, approved
May 30, 2003 (Ga. L. 2003, p. 3848); to provide that any outstanding debt,
contracts, or assets held by the City of Hampton Public Facilities Authority
shall be assumed by the local governing authority of Henry County; to repeal
conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
BE
IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
An Act creating the City of Hampton Public Facilities Authority, approved May 30, 2003, (Ga. L. 2003, p. 3848), is hereby repealed in its entirety, thus dissolving such authority.

SECTION
2.
Any
outstanding debt, contracts, or assets currently held by the City of Hampton
Public Facilities Authority are hereby assumed by the governing authority of
Henry County.
SECTION
3.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
