Unterman of the 45th, Smith of the 52nd and Cowsert of the 46th offered the
following amendment:
Amend
SB 88 by striking on page 11, “and shall not include” and adding
including on line 28.
And
strike and on line 32 and adding # 3 after line 32, whose grandchild or great
grandchild receiving care has experienced hardship as defined in Code Section
19-9-122 (B); and
Renumber
on page 12 line 1 to #4.
