Amend
SB 466 (LC 25 5160) by deleting the quotation mark at the end of line 22 and
adding between lines 22 and 23 of page 1 the
following:
(4.2)
The use of surface water for any swimming pool shall be deemed not to be outdoor
water use for purposes of any outdoor watering restrictions if failure to
maintain the swimming pool would create unsafe, unsanitary, or unhealthy
conditions, affecting the public health or welfare; and "
By
deleting the quotation mark at the end of line 10 and adding between lines 10
and 11 of page 2 the
following:
(f)
