ADOPTED
Senators Douglas of the 17th, Cowsert of the 46th and Unterman of the 45th offered the following amendment:

Amend SB 440 by striking on line 2 on page 1 "nonprofit" and inserting in its place "veterans".

By striking on line 11 of page 1 "(1) 'Nonprofit, tax-exempt" and inserting in its place "(2) 'Veterans".

By striking on line 18 of page 1 "(2)" and inserting in its place "(1)".

By inserting on line 24 of page 1 after "any." the following:
Winnings are limited to $500.00 per person per 24 hour time period.

By striking on line 25 of page 1 "nonprofit, tax-exempt" and inserting in its place "veterans".
