bill would amend provisions relating to retirement and pensions, so as to
replace references to the “Department of Technical and Adult
Education” with the “Technical College System of Georgia.”
This change would occur in Code Sections relating to the Employees’
Retirement System, Teachers Retirement System, and the Public School Employees
Retirement System.
