amendment:
Amend
the committee substitute to SB 405 by adding on page 5 line 3 by inserting a new
paragraph (4) to read as follows:
“(4)
By granting power pursuant to a durable power of attorney for health care or
advance directive for health care under Chapter 32 of Title
31.”
and
renumbering old paragraph (4) as new paragraph
