Senator Smith of the 52nd offered the following amendment:

Amend the Committee substitute (LC 29 3113S) to SB 355 by adding the following language on page 1, line 23 after the word “union”:

“, provided that such funds are immediately available and cannot be dishonored or refused when negotiated or presented for payment”

and by striking on page 1, line 20, beginning with the phrase “a check” through the word “(B)” on page 1, line 21;

and by changing the word “(C)” to “(B)” on page 1, line 22.
