BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To
amend Article 10 of Chapter 6 of Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia
Annotated, relating to stopping, standing, and parking, so as to repeal Code
Section 40-6-201, relating to leaving a motor vehicle unattended; to repeal
conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
BE
IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
Article
10 of Chapter 6 of Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating
to stopping, standing, and parking, is amended by repealing Code Section
40-6-201, relating to leaving a motor vehicle unattended, and designating said
Code section as reserved.
SECTION
2.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
