Staton of the 18th, Douglas of the 17th and Rogers of the 21st offered the
following amendment:
Amend
SB 276 (LC 28 3573) by inserting after
"related matters;" on
line 6 on page 1 "to provide an effective
date and for
applicability;".
By
redesignating Section 2 as Section 3 and inserting after line 22 on page 2 the
following:
SECTION
2.
This
Act shall become effective on July 1, 2007, and shall apply to all policies
issued, delivered, issued for delivery, or renewed in this state on and after
such date.
