amendment:
Amend
the committee substitute (LC 21 9442S) to SB 254 by inserting on line 12 of page
13 after the word “person”
;
provided, however, this subsection (b) shall not preclude the Department or the
Commission from considering competent medical evidence that a heart attack that
occurs shortly after fighting a fire was caused by the strain of fighting the
fire
