Brown of the 26th offered the following amendment:
Amend
the Senate State Institutions and Property Committee substitute to SB 191
(LC 28 3591S) by striking the quotation mark at the end of line 24 on
page 1 and inserting the following:
(d)
If the name of the person for whom the jurisdiction seeks to name a public
building, site, structure, road, highway, street, intersection, interchange,
bridge, or other public property is listed on the registry, such jurisdiction
shall not name such building, site, structure, road, highway, street,
intersection, interchange, bridge, or other property on behalf of such
person."
