amendment #1 to the committee substitute to SB 181 by striking lines 1-7 of page
1 after the word “by” adding in lieu thereof the
following:

on page 2, line 24 after the word “vehicle” the
following:
provided
that such fees are disclosed on the face of the contract in a conspicuous
location and the lessee(s) initials their acknowledgment.
