Thompson of the 33rd offered the following amendment:
Amend
the committee substitute to SB 181 by adding on line 25, of page (2) of
committee substitute a new Section (2) to read as follows; provided however that
the recovery fee allowed by this Code Section shall be included in the rental
company’s quoted daily rate, and renumbering the remaining sections
accordingly.
