Amend
the committee substitute to SB 170 by striking

beginning on line 6
and continuing to line 7 of page 1 and inserting the following in its
place:
an important language of the deaf

striking the subsection (a) designation on line 11 of page 2.
By
revising lines 16 through 18 of page 2 as follows:
