Amend
the SB 145 by inserting after the word
"date"
on line 11 of page 5 the following:
and except as provided in Section 8 of this Act, the law set forth in Section 2, and Sections 3 through 7 of this Act as it existed on June 30, 2007, shall apply to all offenses committed on and before June 30, 2007.
