Amend
SB 116 by revising line 14 of page 1 to read as follows:

in forestry.
When seeking
candidates for the position of director, emphasis shall be placed on identifying
individuals who hold a Bachelor of Science degree in forestry or who have
significant experience in forest
management. The director shall receive a
salary fixed by the commission plus actual
