Amend
the committee substitute to SB 115 by striking
"and"
on line 35 of page 3
and by striking the period and quotation marks on line 36 of page 3 and adding
";
and"
in its place and by
inserting the following between line 36 of page 3 and line 1 of
page 4:

The board shall authority to waive any application deadline for good cause upon
a showing by an applicant that sufficient circumstances warrant such
waiver."
