Pearson of the 51st and Shafer of the 48th offered the following
amendment:
Amend
the committee substitute to SB 115 by adding after line 28 on page 14 a new
section which states: The licensing requirements and effective dates for
residential and general contractors must be posted in a prominent location in
any municipality or county in this state charged with the duty of issuing
building or other permits for construction work requiring performance by either
a licensed residential or general contractor.
