Harp of the 29th offered the following amendment:
Amend
SB 111 by inserting after "lapse."
on line 13 on page 1
the following:
The
amount of revenue from tuition that shall not lapse under this Code section
shall not exceed 3 percent of the tuition collected.
By
striking "2008"
on line 13 on page 1
and inserting in lieu thereof
"2011".
By
striking lines 15 and 16 on page 1 and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:
This Act shall become effective on July 1, 2007.
