Davenport of the 44th and Jones of the 10th offered the following
amendment:
Amend
the committee substitute to SB10 (LC 33 1719S) by inserting on page (3), line 4
a new sentence, “Provided, however, such request shall be granted only in
school systems that participate in the program in this act cited as the
“Georgia Special Needs Scholarship Act”.
