Amend
the Senate Education and Youth Committee substitute to SB 10 (LC 33 1719S) by
striking lines 25 and 26 of page 4 and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:

For private schools, comply with all provisions of Code Section 20-2-690 and any
other state law applicable to private schools;
