Wiles of the 37th and Thomas of the 54th offered the following
amendment:
Amend
the Senate Health and Human Services Committee substitute to SB 102 (LC 38
0367S) by striking lines 6 through 8 on page 2 and inserting in lieu thereof the
following: (3)
'Health certificate' means a certification of a chiropractic examination in
sickness, health, or disability for the purpose of providing a report for
absence from employment.
By
striking line 12 on page 3 and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:
certificates,
reporting to the proper health officers the same as other
practitioners.
