Senators Smith of the 52nd and Thomas of the 54th offered the following amendment:

Amend the committee substitute (LC 38 0367S) to SB 102 by striking on page 3, line 11 the phrase “who have complied with this chapter”

and by inserting the word “not” between and words “shall” and “have” on page 3, line 11

and by striking the following on page 3, line 12 ", reporting to the proper health officers the same as other practitioners”
