A
RESOLUTION
Recognizing
the birth of Caleb Shane and Caitlynn Emma Smith; and for other
purposes.
WHEREAS,
the months of anticipation and excitement shared by expectant parents are always
a cherished memory; and
WHEREAS,
for Kacey and Tracy Smith, those months ended on March 6, 2008, when they became
the proud parents of Caleb Shane and Caitlynn Emma Smith; and
WHEREAS,
this auspicious event occurred at 12:28 P.M. and 12:29 P.M. at Kennestone Womens
Center in Marietta as these beautiful twins made their first appearance;
and
WHEREAS,
Caleb and Caitlynn are the second and third children of Kacey and Tracy and join
their sister, Callie, as members of the cherished and loving circle that
constitutes the Smith family; and
WHEREAS,
the twins are the grandchildren of the distinguished gentleman from the 33rd
District, Honorable Don Wix who is reveling in his continued status as
"grandparent"; and
WHEREAS,
the devotion, patience, and understanding that Kacey and Tracy demonstrate daily
provide the foundation and framework of love and success in which Callie, Caleb,
and Caitlynn will develop and flourish; and
WHEREAS,
it is abundantly fitting and proper that the birth of two of the newest of this
state´s citizens be recognized in an appropriate manner.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of
this body recognize the very happy occasion of the birth of Caleb Shane and
Caitlynn Emma Smith and extend to them their most sincere best wishes for long
and healthy lives and great happiness and
success.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Mr. and Mrs. Tracy Smith.
