RESOLUTION
Congratulating
and commending the law firm of Andersen, Tate & Carr, P.C.; and for other
purposes.
WHEREAS,
Andersen, Tate & Carr, P.C., is celebrating the 20th anniversary of its
founding; and
WHEREAS,
the law firm now known as Andersen, Tate & Carr was founded in
Lawrenceville, Georgia, on March 1, 1988, by Thomas J. Andersen and Ethel D.
Andersen; and
WHEREAS,
this outstanding law firm has grown from its humble beginnings of two attorneys
to become one of the most respected and renowned law firms in the State of
Georgia with more than 30 attorneys; and
WHEREAS,
this remarkable corporate citizen has established a glowing reputation through
volunteer leadership, enhancing the welfare of its community by donating time,
talent, and treasure to numerous local charities and others in need;
and
WHEREAS,
this superlative law firm has dedicated itself to providing continuing
innovation in the legal field and the diligence, dedication, and abiding
commitment of its lawyers and staff will leave a lasting legacy for legal
profession; and
WHEREAS,
in honor of the twentieth anniversary of the founding of this prominent law
firm, it is abundantly fitting and proper to recognize and congratulate
Andersen, Tate & Carr on its many accomplishments over the years which have
contributed to the greater good in Gwinnett County and the State of Georgia.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of
this body commend Andersen, Tate & Carr, P.C., for its many years of
professional and loyal service to the people of this state, congratulate this
extraordinary law firm upon the stellar occasion of its twentieth anniversary,
and extend to the lawyers and staff of this law firm their best wishes for
continued growth and prosperity.

IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized
and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Andersen,
Tate & Carr, P.C.
