BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To
provide that Banks County shall be located within the North Georgia Technical
College service delivery area; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other
purposes.
BE
IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
On
and after the effective date of this Act, Banks County shall cease to be located
within the Lanier Technical College service delivery area and shall be located
within the North Georgia Technical College service delivery area.
SECTION
2.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
