Amend
the Senate Public Safety Committee substitute to HB 77 (LC 35 0861S) by deleting
line 3 of page 3 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
(i)
Testifies under oath in open court
or submits to
the court prior to the return date established on the citation a sworn notarized
statement that he or she was not the
operator of the vehicle
