ADOPTED SENATE
The Senate State and Local Governmental Operations Committee offered the following amendment:

Amend House Bill 725 by renumbering Sections 3 and 4 as Sections 4 and 5 respectively and inserting a new Section 3 to read as follows:
SECTION 3.
Said Act is further amended by striking the date "October 30, 2006," in the second sentence of subsection (b) of Section 6.02 and inserting in its place the date "October 30, 2007,".
