Thompson of the 33rd offered the following amendment:
Amend
HB 471 by adding a new Section 2 to read as follows: No county or municipality
may transfer, offer or sell any water system or any part of any water system to
another political subdivision if there is an express and written agreement to
service receivers on that system not to do so. The exception shall be with
written consent of the affected customer or receiver of service
and
