Amend
the committee substitute (LC 25 4967S) to HB 463 by adding a new:
SECTION
2.
Said
chapter is further amended by revising paragraph (3) of Code Section 12-7-17,
relating to exemptions from said chapter, as follows:
"(3)
Such minor land-disturbing activities as home gardens and individual home
landscaping, repairs, maintenance work, fences,
beaver dam
removal, and other related activities
which result in minor soil erosion;"
after
line 13 on page 2 and renumbering the following Sections
accordingly.
