Amend
the Senate Economic Development Committee substitute to HB 451 (LC 38 0419S) by
striking lines 4 and 5 on page 7 and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:
(1)
Attract at least 50 percent of its visitors from among persons who travel a
distance of 50 miles or more round trip from the tourism attraction or who are
not residents of the state;
