1 "Article 4 of Chapter 5 of Title 48 of
the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to county taxation, so as to
repeal certain provisions relating to payment of taxes where property lies in
more than one county; to amend"

GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:"
the

Article
4 of Chapter 5 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating
to county taxation, is amended by repealing and reserving Code Section 48-5-237,
relating to payment of taxes where property lies in more than one county.
