amendment:
Amend
the Senate committee substitute to HB 330 by inserting a Section 5 and
renumbering accordingly:
“pharmacies,
as defined in Article 1 of Chapter 4 of Title 26, shall provide data regarding
services and programs available, pricing information, and any other information
as prescribed by the rules and regulations of the
department.”
and
to insert on page 1 line 6 after the ”;” “to provide data
reporting requirements for pharmacies;”
