one year of inactive status. Vacancies shall be filled for an unexpired term by
the city or county of the vacancy existing. Any authority member who is

incurred in the performance of their duties. The authority may make rules and
regulations and adopt bylaws for its own government. It shall have perpetual
existence."
SECTION
2.
This
Act shall become effective upon its approval by the Governor or upon its
becoming law without such approval.
SECTION
3.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
