A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 2 of Title 8 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to building requirements in general, so as to require that certain state licensed facilities and public buildings in which young children are invited, regularly permitted, or receiving services shall be constructed or refitted to include certain child safety outlets, covers, or plugs; to provide a date for compliance; to provide for applicability; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
