L. 1981, p. 595), as amended, particularly by an Act approved April 19, 2000 (Ga. L. 2000, p. 4454), so as to change the provisions relating to such supplement; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
