L. 2006, p. 3856), so as to change provisions relating to the description of the territory to be included in the city; to correct a language error in the description; to change provisions relative to exclusion of territory within other municipal corporations; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
