L. 1990, p. 4934), as amended, particularly by an Act approved April 4, 1991 (Ga. L. 1991, p. 3680), an Act approved March 25, 1996 (Ga. L. 1996, p. 3666), and an Act approved March 24, 1997 (Ga. L. 1997, p. 3517), so as to change the form of government from a mayor-council form of government to a city manager-council form of government; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
