A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 5 of Chapter 4 of Title 26 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to prescription drugs, so as to provide for legislative intent; to provide for a definition; to provide that every retail pharmacist shall include the approximate retail price of an outpatient prescription drug on the receipt for that prescription drug; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
