A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 31-5A-4 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the powers, duties, functions, and responsibilities of the Department of Community Health, so as to require mental health care coverage in any health benefits for members, employees, and retirees of the Board of Regents through the Department of Community Health; to amend Code Section 45-18-2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the authority of the Board of Community Health to establish a state employees' health insurance plan, so as to require mental health care coverage; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
